Orders are considered placed and all terms agreed, when the order funds are received on TiFi Speakers OÜ account.

Order placement

  1. Make customer account at tifi.ee site.
  2. Place your favorite speaker system or other goods into basket.
  3. If additional (not offered) tailoring is needed, please contact us via e-mail info@tifi.ee 
  4. In case there was no additional customization needed, proceed to checkout
  5. If everything (including delivery time) is agreed, and final invoice is issued you can pay the invoice (or in case of more than 30 days of delivery time, partial invoice if agreed so).*
  6. Be ready to answer additional questions, in case these arise during production regarding customizations
  7. Receive you ordered items as agreed.

* In case you made checkout and immediate payment, but can not accept delivery time, this is not a problem also. We can provide immediate refund in this situation.

Products

All TiFi Speaker kits and speakers are tailor made service orders to provide the ordered, tuned and customized system for our clients. Service speed depends on availability of components and quantity of orders in process. 

Prices

All prices are in EUR per described kit. For not listed options the prices have to be agreed separately. There will be no VAT added to the prices. We sell our service and ship products for EU customers and companies.

Payment

Payment for orders should be made to TiFi Speakers OÜ SEB Bank Estonia bank account. Seller is TiFi Speakers OÜ, Masti 5, 11911 Tallinn, Estonia (corporate registration nr 12472840). Bank details for payment are provided on order invoice.

Support

There is granted free of charge advisory for using your ordered kits for two years after receiving the goods. Please contact us via e-mail info@tifi.ee and include as many details as possible about the issue. Relevant videos and photos are welcomed.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, provided that the items are returned within 14 days from receival date in their original condition. We do not refund however price paid for separately agreed customizations, custom components and speaker cables.

In case condition is not as delivered, we may provide discounted refund based on item conditions. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us over e-mail info@tifi.ee before returning any goods. TiFi Speakers has no retail outlet. All goods must be posted to TiFi Speakers OÜ, Masti 5, 11911 Tallinn, Estonia. We follow rules for EU consumer rights, please ask for more information in a need at info@dutyhook.eu.

Speaker system components have producer warranty covering functionality and production defects. This warranty commonly is one year from purchase date and can be used in case of system malfunction. The warranty does not extend to mechanical injuries and damages incurred as a result of disregarding the usage instructions. 

In no event shall either party be liable to for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or contingent damages whatsoever. Seller’s maximum cumulative liability, for all claims and liabilities, including obligations under any indemnity will not exceed the actual amount paid by buyer for product sold and services provided. Delivery

The delivery charge is added to your order at checkout based on your selection among delivery options. No shipping or customer service on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays of Estonia: 1 January, 24 February, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, 1 May, 19 May, 23-24 June, 20 August, 24-26 December. We deliver to EU countries. All items are delivered from Tallinn, Estonia, EU.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct contact information required for the delivery of the goods. The customer is obliged to accept the delivered goods under the terms provided by the carrier. In case of incorrect data or rejected or not claimed delivery, the delivery costs of the returned shipment shall be borne by the customer.

Data protection

We provide your address information, phone number and e-mail to postal service for delivering your order. We do not share, sell or make public any of your personal information. Our own offers and newsletters you can subscribe or unsubscribe at your will. We do not collect customer browsing behavior. All cookies, browsing history is system based and provides only for your more convenient shopping experience and general statistics. We will delete all your stored account data on your request sent to info@tifi.ee (we have to store order and invoicing data as required by law). We respect your privacy.
